SetupDock LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas-incorporated company with a registered agent in Austin and offices in Texas and Colorado. This Privacy Notice applies to our automated IT asset management platform (“Service”), which allows users to manage device procurement, configuration, identity integrations, and access controls.

Account & Profile Data
- Full name
- Company and job title
- Business email address
- Billing and shipping address
Usage Data
- Device orders (including serial numbers)
- Identity and device integration settings
- Role and permission changes
Cookies & Tracking
- Google Analytics 4: tracks page views and basic engagement.
- Retention.com (RB2B): sets marketing cookies to link activity with contact information for promotional messages.
Technical Data
We do not collect IP addresses, device details, or crash logs.
Service Delivery: to set up and maintain accounts, process orders, and provide dashboard features.
Analytics: GA4 data is used solely to present insights within the dashboard—there is no off-site profiling.
Marketing: we currently do not send promotional emails. Future outreach will require explicit opt-in or allow you to opt out via RB2B.
When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email or home address.
We (or our service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email or home addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting:

Account Data: retained until account closure, then deleted.
Analytics Data: retained per GA4 defaults (see GA4 settings).
Consent Records: not currently stored; future events logged for at least 2 years.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable laws.
Our Service is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Our app is hosted on Vercel; data may be processed outside your jurisdiction under appropriate safeguards.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, implementing encryption, access controls, and backups. However, no system is completely secure.
We’ll update this page with a new date for material changes and notify users by email for significant updates.
